2019 | Completion of the industrial set-up of the plant in Mexico and start of parts qualification and ramping up of production. |
2016 | Founding of AT Engine Mexico as a dedicated production site, fully responsible for the production of parts, initially limited to US customers. Specialized in the manufacture of blisks, rotors, shafts and discs, including special processes. |
2011 | Purchase of ATP and its subsidiaries in France and Czech Republic MT Aerospace Holding GmbH (joint venture owned by OHB SE and Apollo Capital Partners GmbH). |
2006 | Creation of Aerotec Czech based in Klatovy, Czech Republic , initially used mainly for rough machining and extended work-bench, later also for the manufacture of our components. |
2004 | Takeover of the French company Sonomec Industrie by ATP in order to cover the area of small components (divested in 2016). |
1997 | Complete takeover of ATP by Robert Drosten. Development into an internationally active supplier of the aero-engine industry through forward-looking investments in technology, infrastructure, production lines and employee competences. |
1996 | ATP becomes a 100 percent subsidiary of MTU Aero Engines AG. |
1970 | ATP founded by MTU Munich. Initially, the plant focused on the manufacture of components for marine diesel engines, then later also as the production site for civil and military aero engines. |
