Ring-like structures can be found throughout the engine. They are also characterized by high resilience and absolute reliability: Engines are becoming more and more efficient, which means more critical temperatures, more complex geometries and higher pressures. As every increase in efficiency of the engine also means greater stress on the components, this also applies to materials and manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n \n

Rings can be manufactured by ATP in a wide variety of designs. In addition to the conventional cutting processes \u2013 turning, milling, grinding \u2013 special processes such as coating and wire EDM are also used. Several machining processes can be combined in one machine, which ensures better (cost) efficiency.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n \n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n \n\n\n
